At MemoCharm, each Memo Charm is made just for you.

Our Memo Charms are personalized products, crafted individually after you place your order. Once your order is confirmed, we begin the production process, which typically takes 2 to 3 business days. After that, your Memo Charm is packed and shipped to you in the USA.

The total delivery time — from production to arrival at your door — usually takes 8 to 10 business days.

The process is divided into two parts:
• Processing: Order confirmation, personalization, quality check, and packaging (2–3 business days).
• Shipping: Delivery time within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days.

We are proud to offer FREE shipping on orders over $50. Each day, we carefully prepare and ship Memo Charms to customers across the U.S.

If for any reason a product cannot be delivered within the standard timeframe, you’ll find a note about it on the product page.

Please note: during high-demand periods (such as the weeks before Christmas), delivery may take a little longer.

You’ll receive email updates with tracking information as soon as your order ships, and you can always check your order status on our website.
