Step-by-Step Personalization Guide

1. Choose Your Style - Pick your charm’s shape, color, and strap width

  • 20 mm fits Apple Watch S/M bands (38 mm, 40 mm, 41 mm).

  • 22 mm fits Apple Watch L/XL bands (42 mm, 44 mm, 45 mm, 49 mm).

  • Memo Charms fit bands from all watch brands that have a strap width of 20 mm or 22 mm.


Tip: These measurements refer to the strap’s actual width along most of its length, not the connector area.

2. Upload Your Photo
Bright, well-lit photos usually look best, but it’s not required. You can upload from your phone, cloud storage, or even Instagram.
If you decide to change your charm’s shape at this point (or later), go back to the Memo Charm product page, refresh the page first (this step is essential), select your new variant, and start again.

3. Adjust the Crop
Position and crop your photo to fit the shape you’ve chosen, then confirm.

4. Add to Cart

  • Want two identical Memo Charms? Change the quantity in your cart.

  • Want a different Memo Charm? Go back to the product page and create a new one.

5. Complete Your Purchase
That’s it — we’ll take it from here. Just sit back, relax, and wait for your package.

Don’t worry — every photo is checked by us before production, and if anything looks off, we’ll contact you to confirm.

Need Help with Cropping?

If you can’t get the crop right, upload a photo — cropped in any way — and email us your cropping instructions. You can also attach a screenshot with a quick sketch of the desired shape.

We’ll create the crop based on your instructions and send it to you for approval before we start production.

 Compatibility

Compatible with most silicone watch bands and many nylon, leather, or rubber straps with a width of 20 mm or 22 mm and a thickness up to 3 mm.
(20 mm and 22 mm refer to the strap width — not the watch case size!)

⚠️ Note: The lower part of the band - the section that sits beneath the watch case - must be smooth and free of any raised or bulky elements, such as plastic reinforcements, metal studs, or locking pins.
These may prevent the charm from sliding on if they exceed 3 mm in thickness.
The upper part of the band can have these features - they won’t affect compatibility.
