Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my Memo Charm?
Each Memo Charm is custom-made just for you. Production takes 2–3 business days, and shipping within the U.S. usually takes another 5–8 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 8–10 business days.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship orders only within the United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive email updates at every stage — confirmation, shipping — along with a tracking number. You can check the status on our website.
I received a shipping confirmation, but my package hasn’t arrived.
Please double-check with household members or neighbors in case someone accepted the package for you. If you still can’t locate it, contact your local courier or reach out to us — we’ll help track it down.
My tracking number isn’t working.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to activate. If it still doesn’t work after a day, contact our team at info@memocharm.com.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Email us immediately at info@memocharm.com with your order number, full name, and correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. Once shipped, the address can’t be changed.
Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, our shipping partners don’t support deliveries to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a Memo Charm if I don’t like it?
Since Memo Charms are personalized, we generally do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, we treat each case individually — please contact us if you're unhappy with your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return non-personalized products?
Yes! For non-personalized items, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We’re sorry! Please contact us at info@memocharm.com within 7 days of delivery, including a photo or video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return or refund is approved, it may take up to 14 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders for Memo Charms can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. For non-personalized items, cancellation is possible until the order has shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive email updates throughout the process, including a tracking link. You can check your order status on our website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, PayPal, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes! With Shop Pay Installments, you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments at checkout.
Product Details & Customization
Can I order a Memo Charm as a gift?
Yes! Memo Charms come in a neat, elegant box that’s ready to give. However, please note that this is not gift wrapping, and we do not include gift notes or greeting cards. You can still ship your order directly to the recipient.
Are there any restrictions on personalization?
Yes. You must have the legal right to use any image or design you upload. We don’t accept content that’s offensive, illegal, or violates copyright/trademark law. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.
Are Memo Charms safe for sensitive skin?
Memo Charms are made from high-quality stainless steel, which is generally safe for sensitive skin. If you have a known allergy, please check material info on the product page or contact us before ordering.
What if I need to change my uploaded photo?
If you’ve just placed your order and need to change the image, contact us right away at info@memocharm.com. If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to update it.
